Mai-Anh Fox is the chief financial officer of the foundation. Before her appointment to the role in 2018, she served as the director of financial planning and budgeting.

Prior to joining Ford in 2010, Mai-Anh worked in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, specializing in media and technology. She also served as director of financial programs at the Alliance for Downtown New York, where she managed a loan and grant portfolio program to help small businesses in Lower Manhattan recover after September 11.

Mai-Anh serves on the board of The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF) Multi-Asset Fund and chairs its Audit Committee. She also serves on the Not-For-Profit Advisory Committee of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management information systems from New York University and an MBA with a concentration in financial engineering from Yale, and she is a chartered financial analyst.
